SurveyGizmo is a leading SaaS survey and form app, making usable and enjoyable survey software for enterprise and individual use.

  • I have managed the design function at SurveyGizmo, leading the future of the SG platform and positioning it as an enterprise tool.
  • I worked to redesign a complex enterprise application while maintaining and improving users’ requirements and consistency of the design. This allows us to grow into an enterprise space and betters serve our customers’ needs.
  • The Survey SAAS market is ever evolving, in order to continue to lead the field, I improved and created features inside the app in order to strategically expand our market standing.
  • We needed to limit employee access to customer data. I led a service blueprinting workshop with stakeholders from multiple internal teams to understand their specific needs to the data. I identified workflows that would be significantly disrupted as well as options to keep all employees working.

Fulcrum Global Capital (FGC)

  • FGC as a new brand needed to set an identity quickly. I consulted with the founding partners at FGC to set a brand vision and web presence that met their needs and exemplifies their values, ensuring top quality print collateral and user experience for their website.

Healthgrades, Denver, CO 

UX Designer

Healthgrades provides physician and hospital information for people to make informed medical decisions. They also have marketing relationships with hospital systems to promote their doctors in certain markets.

  • Lead multiple UX projects on desktop and mobile that expanded the services we provide to the public and healthcare providers, improving the display of data.
  • Conducted high-level research with patients as well as doctors and building journey maps from the gathered data, presented insights in multiple small, group discussions. This gave us rich user insight to make better strategic decisions

  • As the floor manager, I was responsible for customer service and product presentation. Additionally, as training manager, responsible for new associates understanding and delivering a superior retail experience and possessing a deep product knowledge.

Savannah College of Art and Design is an art and design university, located in Savannah, GA.

  • SCAD’s Admissions department needed help with their admissions tours. I was in charge on the digital tour experience. I performed research with perspective students and their parents to understand what mattered to them when deciding on a  university. This resulted in the creation of the SCAD Virtual tour, an online campus experience that allows students not able to physically visit to obtain a better understanding of the campus experience.
